Our psychotherapists support clients with navigating life’s varied challenges.
For managing anxiety, depression, and relationships, we suggest Lily Haynes, Danielle Polifroni, and Skylar Jungers
LILY HAYNES, LICSW
Lily values the mind-body connection, incorporating somatic practices, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and values-based work. This work allows her clients to respond to their inner experiences, not just react from them.

DANIELLE POLIFRONI, LPC
Danielle’s work is guided more by intuition and connection than by any single model or manual. She meets clients with real empathy, patience, and compassion—and isn’t afraid to be direct or encourage the kind of discomfort that leads to real insight. Humor and lightness also have a place in the room when the moment calls for it.

SKYLAR JUNGERS, LMHC
For Skylar, therapy can be a space where you feel grounded and comfortable showing up as you are, without pressure or judgment, while we make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Skylar's goal is to make you feel supported and respected while you gain insight and confidence in who you are and how to manage whatever comes your way.

GRACE MULLADY, LPCC
Grace works with adults navigating identity transitions: career pivots, new parenthood, finishing school, layoffs, or the quieter realization that the life you've been building no longer fits. She is also a new mom, with firsthand experience of the disorientation and identity shifts that come with early parenthood — so if you're in that season, you won't have to explain it from scratch.

KIKI BEAMAN, LPC
Kiki believes that people are inherently resilient, but that life's obstacles can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain.
