We offer in-person sessions in Denver, Colorado in our cozy office at 2150 W. 29th Ave #135 Denver, CO 80211.

Our therapists are trained in a wide range of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Schema Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and CBT-I, EMDR and Trauma-Informed Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, Multicultural and Expat Therapy, Play and Art Therapy, and more.

Individual sessions for adults and children are typically 45 minutes. Couples sessions are 60 minutes. EMDR sessions range from 45–90 minutes depending on what your provider recommends.

After your intake session, we'll schedule follow-up sessions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis depending on your needs.

Yes! We offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get a sense of whether you and your therapist are a good fit before you commit to a full intake session.

We are an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. We provide a Superbill (itemized invoice) that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank accounts, and HSA/FSA accounts.

Insurance companies typically keep diagnoses on file and can limit which therapists you're able to see.
Being out-of-network allows us to protect your privacy and give our therapists more flexibility in the care they provide. -
Yes! We offer career and executive coaching services with Alex Angel.

No, coaching sessions are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
