Meet Skylar Jungers, LMHC
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or unsure of who you are or where you’re going, you don’t have to navigate it alone. (And no, scrolling on social media doesn’t count.)
Therapy can be a space where you feel grounded and comfortable showing up as you are, without pressure or judgment, while we make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, family conflict, or major life transitions, Skylar's goal is to make you feel supported and respected while you gain insight and confidence in who you are and how to manage whatever comes your way.
Skylar works with adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating the pressures of school, relationships, identity development, and expectations from others (and themselves). Skylar also specializes in supporting athletes with confidence, focus, motivation, and returning to sport after injury while staying focused on who you are beyond performance.
You are the expert on your life, and she believes her role is to help you identify your strengths and values, develop practical tools, and build momentum toward meaningful change. She draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused strategies in ways that are flexible and tailored to your needs and values.
