I work with adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an attachment-based approach to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and relationships are interconnected. Together, we gently explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical, personalized strategies to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life. My goal is not just symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting growth—so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
For couples, I am a Gottman Level 1–trained therapist, supporting partners who want to strengthen communication, repair trust, and reconnect emotionally. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict, recovering from hurt, or simply feeling distant, we work collaboratively to understand the patterns shaping your relationship. I help couples build healthier ways of expressing needs, managing conflict, and deepening intimacy—so your relationship feels like a source of support rather than stress.
I also provide family therapy for families at all stages of life. This includes adult families, estranged children and parents, blended families, and in-law relationships. Family dynamics can be complex, especially when long-standing misunderstandings or unresolved pain are involved. I offer a balanced and compassionate space where each voice can be heard, helping families increase understanding, repair ruptures, and strengthen their bonds.
My approach is warm, culturally aware, and trauma-informed.
