Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, family conflict, or major life transitions, Skylar's goal is to make you feel supported and respected while you gain insight and confidence in who you are and how to manage whatever comes your way.
Skylar works with adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating the pressures of school, relationships, identity development, and expectations from others (and themselves). Skylar also specializes in supporting athletes with confidence, focus, motivation, and returning to sport after injury while staying focused on who you are beyond performance.

Skylar's approach is collaborative and person-centered. You are the expert on your life, and she believes her role is to help you identify your strengths and values, develop practical tools, and build momentum toward meaningful change. She draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused strategies in ways that are flexible and tailored to your needs and values.
