Meet Lily Hall, LICSW

Has traditional talk therapy not quite worked for you? Lily offers a different approach. While talking things out can be valuable, it shouldn’t be the only tool in the toolbox. Her goal is to help clients heal from what they’re struggling with, not just cope. This means guiding individuals to the root of their inner experiences and fostering a deeper connection to themselves, their lives, and others. Specializing in compassionate navigation of the inner world, she supports people working through anxiety, depression, trauma, people pleasing, self-worth, identity, relationships, and perfectionism.

Sessions involve connecting to emotions, understanding how the inner world developed, and moving toward a more grounded, authentic self. Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) through the IFS Institute, she uses this as her primary approach. She also values the mind-body connection, incorporating somatic practices, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and values-based work.

As a relationally oriented therapist, she emphasizes collaboration, careful listening, encouragement, and humor. Believing that each client is the expert of their own life, her role is to support the strengthening of their relationship with themselves
