Meet Gabrielle “Gabby” Pampu

Sometimes the ways we learned to survive are the very things now keeping us stuck. Gabby believes that many of the patterns clients struggle with, including anxiety, overthinking, emotional disconnection, perfectionism, or painful relationship dynamics, often began as adaptive ways of coping. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported as they begin making sense of what their minds and bodies have been holding.

Gabby’s approach is trauma informed, relational, and grounded in evidence based practice. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to support meaningful, lasting healing. She works with adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), anxiety, mood disorders, women’s issues, and family transitions, helping clients reconnect with themselves, better understand their internal experiences, and move toward a more grounded and authentic life.

Gabby is a Master of Social Work clinician at Boston University with a background in psychology, criminal justice, trauma informed advocacy, and mental health research. Her clinical work is shaped by a deep belief that healing happens through connection, self understanding, and creating safety within ourselves. She strives to bring both clinical knowledge and genuine humanity into the therapeutic relationship, helping clients feel empowered, supported, and less alone in the healing process.
