Meet Disha Joshi, LMHC

Welcome! Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re moving through transitions, grappling with past trauma, or navigating patterns that no longer serve you. If you’re ready to clear out the cobwebs and reconnect with yourself and the world around you, Disha is here to help. Her goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, feel truly seen, and develop a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others. As a first-generation Indian American, she also deeply values the role that culture and identity play in our experiences.

Disha specializes in working with adults, specifically trauma-sensitive populations, who are navigating the impacts of complex, childhood, or generational trauma, as well as those facing challenges like anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and struggles with self-esteem. She strives to create a safe, nurturing group atmosphere that allows everyone to feel comfortable to be vulnerable. Whether you’re new to therapy or a seasoned client, Disha will gently guide you through this journey with compassion and care.

Using a multidimensional, trauma-informed approach, she integrates tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support holistic healing. Together, you can work towards building resilience, self-awareness, and a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.
